Thinking Of Selling Your San Fernando Valley Home?
The best way to get an idea of what your home is worth is to call a Realtor®.
None of the online sites ( especially Zillow ) can really tell you what you can expect to get for your home. That said if you are not really ready to sell but are just thinking of selling your San Fernando Valley Home and want to keep up with what is going on in the neighborhood then go ahead and click on the green button above and have a CMA sent to you via email. While you are thinking of selling your home let’s go over a few things you should keep in mind.
Have you gone blind to the little things in your home. Is the paint scuffed, are the floors worn, are there dripping faucets? Walk through your home as if you are seeing it for the first time and are thinking of buying it. Make a list of things that need to be repaired, painted or removed. Is the house cluttered? Have a garage sale or rent a storage unit and move some stuff out. A coat of paint will not only clean the place up but it goes a long way in eliminating odors that you may have gotten used to.
Now head outside. Does your house have “curb appeal”? Plant some flowers. Paint if needed. If you have dogs be sure to pick up after them regularly. Nothing can turn a buyer off faster than dog poop on their shoe.
Is your garage filled to the brim with stuff you haven’t seen in years. Now is a good time to get rid of it. Clean the garage!
